·            : The annual CRUX Craft Fair in Rattery Village Hall. Open 12-6pm on Friday; 10am-5pm on Saturday; 10am-4pm on Sunday. Beautiful and unique, fine crafts handmade by local designers. Firmly established as the Southwest’s premier craft fair, this will be Crux’s twenty-eighth year. All of the exhibitors are carefully selected makers from the Southwest. They make everything themselves and are happy to talk with you about their work. You will find different and original work at a range of prices. Husband and wife team, ‘The Cellar Door’, who previously ran the very popular restaurant at the Sharpham vineyard, will be running the CRUX café again this year – Chefs, Charlie and Dan, use locally sourced seasonal produce, including some from their own smallholding, to create delicious and beautiful food. This year’s CRUX chosen charity (including the raffle) is Playback Theatre South West.
