Women's Wellness Yoga with Faith Matthews has moved day and venue! Now Wednesday’s; 12:15-1:15pm on the first floor of South Brent Village Hall. For women through all of life’s cycles - a midday, mid-week chance to replenish. If you’re looking to move mindfully and ‘reset’ as part of your lunch break, or for something to sustain you through autumn and longer term this friendly and supportive class could be for you. Weekly sessions help develop your breath and - above all - work with where you are energetically that day/week/month. Whether you’re managing a long-term health condition or simply wanting to support yourself through the womanhood, you will come away feeling grounded, more open and replenished.
