·            : Brent Singers, directed by Matthew Searles with David Davies (organ) perform Handel's Coronation Anthems and Mozart's Coronation Mass (replaces previously advertised ‘American Voices’ programme), as part of their 50th anniversary celebrations at 7.30pm in the glorious acoustic of Buckfast Abbey. First performed at the coronation of King George II in 1727, Handel's anthems - including Zadok the priest - are joined by Mozart's Krönungsmesse, dating from 1779 during the composer's time in Salzburg.
