South Brent Annual Parish Meeting 2022 at 7.30pm at Palstone Pavilion chaired by Cllr. Glyn Richards (chairperson of South Brent Parish Council).

The meeting acts as an annual democratic point of communication enabling the Parish Council to explain what it has been doing over the last year and providing an opportunity for the electors to have their say and make comments and suggestions on anything they consider is important to the people of the Parish.

The agenda includes the Parish Council Chairman’s Annual Report (including reports from Parish Council Committees); a Police report; presentations from organisations which have received a grant from the Parish Council or Community Benefit Fund during the 2021-22 financial year; the announcement and presentation of the South Brent Community Champion and Young Community Champion awards for 2021-22 (the Community Champions are chosen from nominations from the public for someone in the parish who has made a difference to the community), plus parishioners’ questions.

NB. It is NOT a meeting of the Parish Council, - anyone may attend but only registered electors of South Brent Parish may speak, ask questions of the Council and vote. See: www.southbrent.gov.uk/.
