‘The Bards of Penstave Copse’ from 10am-1pm in Penstave Copse, South Brent.
Tuning in to the sounds and songs of the wood, river, trees and birds on a mindful morning stroll in Penstave Copse, South Brent, incorporating the practice of Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) to connect through our senses to the natural world. Inspired by the voices of the natural world there will be an invitation to create poetry and prose to share while we enjoy a cup of herb tea and some savoury snacks.
