Friday 16 March 2018 Brent Birders are launching their book 'The Birds of South Brent Parish' starting at 7:30 pm in South Brent Village Hall. They will also present a talk on Ring Ouzels by Nick Baker, a renowned naturalist and TV presenter. After the talk there will be a chance to buy the book, which is a full-colour, A4 publication with full results from the 2014?16 parish survey as well as photographs, maps, bar charts, descriptions of bird habitats and historical recollections and information on the birds to be found across the South Brent area. ‘The Birds of South Brent Parish’ will be on sale or available to order for a special launch price of £15 and books by Nick Baker and others will also be on sale. Admission will be £4 including drinks and nibbles.
