South Brent Community Radio Final Broadcast.
The final live South Brent Community Radio broadcast from 10am-4pm from the Old School Community Centre.
Our last opportunity to join the wonderful Alice Armstrong (who is currently in Mongolia!) who has been the project worker for South Brent Community Radio over the last two years.
This final broadcast will include a celebration and appreciation of all the wonderful work that Alice has given to this project over the years. If you have a story to share, or simply want to add your voice to the massive thanks on air, then get in touch with Laura (0777 323 8314 This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.), who is compiling a short pre-recorded celebration to be played on air during the final broadcast day, and would welcome the opportunity to collect as many voices, stories, anecdotes and reflections as possible.
If you or your group have taken part in ANY of the broadcasts over the last 4 years then please get in touch. Drop in on the day and share your reflections on the radio project or make a short programme – look out for the free workshops ahead of the broadcast. If you are not there, you can tune in via the Soundart Radio website: www.soundartradio.org.uk (click on the 'listen' triangle icon on the top left) or 102.5 FM if you're not near a big hill!
