Evening guided bike ride to Cornwood.

Join us on a guided evening bike ride led by Sustrans volunteer guides to discover some of Devon’s rural roads and enjoy everything this beautiful countryside has to offer.

Meet at the Watermark Centre, Leonard's Road, Ivybridge, PL21 0SZ at 6:30pm.

The circular ride of 14 miles will take 2 hours and includes a coffee stop.

We will be following National Cycle Network Routes 2 and 272, mainly on quiet lanes and dedicated paths following the scenic Dartmoor Way to Cornwood where we stop for refreshments.

We carry on to Smithaleigh along lanes overlooked by the National Park.

We'll discover secret river valleys, ancient woodlands and cycle through little villages.

The hedgerows will be coming alive with wild flowers too which makes for a spectacular view.

This ride is of moderate difficulty.

Rides are open to anyone but you need to be reasonably fit and be prepared for changeable weather.
