·               Nat Cook and John Gower will be participating in the 100km South Coast Challenge from Eastbourne to Arundel. They are taking on this impressive mission in support of South Brent & District Caring. Nat is aiming to walk/jog the whole 100km over 24 hours or less and John will be jogging with her for the first quarter (23km) after which he will set off in a camper van to meet her at the end.
