5 Rhythms New Year Dance Ritual in South Brent Village Hall - Workshop with Kay Chambers from 10.30am to 4.30pm each day.

As the years go by we seem to find our world in an even more troubled state... far from there being less war and destruction it seems the volume is turning up and the impact on some of our fellow humans is so great we can hardly comprehend.

• At this time of the year when we are just beginning to come out of the darkest point of winter the contraction and the drawing in of the winter months supports us to gather our resources and experiences, offering us an opportunity to be with ourselves in stillness. We are supported by the seasons and the earth as we reflect on all our experiences to become like a compost to nurture, support and fuel us. It is not always easy to access a place of peace within ourselves but in our letting go and surrender it becomes easier to accept ourselves and our experiences as we are. From this place within we find gratitude can flow and we can begin to sow seeds for dreams, prayers, hopes and new beginnings.
