Monday:          10.00 to 11.30am    (NB. changed day). A very gentle class including breathing practices, gentle warm-ups, modified postures suited to everyone's needs, plenty of relaxation & short meditation. Suitable for seniors or those with less energy.

Wednesday:  10.15 to 11.45am    A very gentle class similar to Monday's but with some chair yoga too. Suitable for seniors or those with less energy.

                            4.30-5.30pm            New: Children's yoga & mindfulness. A fun approach to yoga incorporating games, themes & mindfulness exercises. Ages 6-11.

Children's yoga has all the benefits of adults’ - improved physical health (particularly helping motor skills), calming for the mind (thereby sharpening focus, concentration and learning), helping alleviate stress, plus nurturing self-esteem and confidence. For children especially, it helps to give a healthy head start in life, crucial for engaging with our fast-paced challenging world.

Wednesday:  6.45 to 8.15 pm       Mixed ability class - breathing practices, warm-ups, postures, sequences, relaxation & short meditation. Suitable beginners/experienced including beginners

Cost for South Brent classes: £7 drop-in/£6.50 on Wednesday evenings for a block of 10 classes (or less than 10 by negotiation with holidays).
