Dru is a soft, flowing style of yoga, suitable for any age/experience. The word Dru means ‘still point’ - we learn to access an inner stillness and keep that with us as we move – ‘stillness in motion’. Classes usually consist of a warm up, one of Dru’s unique energy block release sequences, traditional yoga postures and a relaxation to finish and are often done to music. A great way to keep your spine free, strengthen your core stability and relax and rejuvenate your body and mind. You'll need a mat (although Nikki has a few spares), a blanket and a drink of water. £5 per class – the first class is free.
